7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If within seven (7) days of receipt of a standard product you are not completely satisfied, return of product will be accepted. (excluding models 4550, 5600) Drums, pumps, heaters, spouts, valves, de-headers and other accessories are non-refundable once used by the customer. You must call within the seven day period to receive an authorization number to return the unit, freight prepaid. As proof of timely return shipment, a copy of the bill of lading must be faxed to DRUM RUNNER within 48 hours of receiving the return authorization number. The product must be returned in original condition. If the product is not returned in original condition, DRUM RUNNER will charge you $65.00 per hour plus parts to make any and all repairs necessary to return the product to original condition. Original freight charges will not be credited; you will be responsible for payment of these charges. Return of non-standard products (customized) is not permitted. Non standard product will be indicated on your quote and order acknowledgment.

At DRUM RUNNER’S discretion, the return of product after 7 days may be permitted. If allowed, a restocking charge of 15% will be charged to you. If the product is not returned in original condition, DRUM RUNNER will charge you $65.00 per hour plus parts (in addition to the 15% restocking charge) to make any and all repairs necessary to return the product to original condition. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE will returns of standard products be permitted after 15 days of receipt. Return of non- standard products (customized) is not permitted. Non standard product will be indicated on your quote and order acknowledgment.
